Why doesn't AthlosX have a phone number?
We do not have a call centre and we're not set up to handle high volumes of phone calls.
The AthlosX brand was built online, including our customer support. Though you may receive an automated response every once in a while, all channels are manned by human staff who are eager to help you out, quickly and efficiently.
What information do I need to provide you?
Be sure to include as much information as possible, like your order number (#), email address, pictures, etc. This will allow us to answer any questions you have as quickly as possible.
We can't always give a heads up about product restocks as it's always subject to change. To be the first to find out restock dates, keep a close eye on our social media (@athlosxbrand), the website and sign-up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page.

We don't really have set criteria when we choose our athletes, as all our athletes are so unique. The only advice we can offer is to identify what makes you unique and how that unique nature or ability can inspire others to become greater versions of themselves.
More simply - it's not just about the athlete – It’s about how you can positively influence others.
We don't currently have an official application process to become a part of the team but make sure you’re following us on social media, we’re always on the look-out for new talent. Of course, applying as an Ambassador will already get you in our sights!

There are currently no positions open at the AthlosX HQ in Amsterdam.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
All our orders are taken to you by DHL Express (worldwide). In receiving the confirmation email of your order, you will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched.

*In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
When importing goods to some countries orders may be subject to customs fees. To find out if this applies to you please seek information from your local government.
*We currently do not ship to: Russian Federation, Iran, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria, Bahrain, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
As all orders are currently shipped from The Netherlands (Europe), you may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery.
USA – All orders above US $800 will be subject to import tax. For more information, please check with the US Customs and Border Protection Department for more information.
Australia – All orders above AUS $1000 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel, so please check with the Department of Home Affairs for more information
New Zealand - All orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel. You can get an estimate from the New Zealand Customs Service website.
Refusing to Pay Customs
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to AthlosX, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number will suffice).
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty item! Please send us the following info:
1. Your Order Number
2. Item Name
3. Photos that show:
- Product fault as clearly as possible
- Full-length photo of the item
- The AthlosX logo and label
There is no need to send your faulty item back to us; it could delay the resolution time.
If your item was damaged on delivery, please get in touch with us within 7 days with photographic evidence so that we can get it sorted for you.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: AthlosX Warehouse, Schoterhoek 2, 2441 LD Nieuwveen, The Netherlands.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This will depend on your original method of payment, but will mostly like not exceed 10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:
1. Changing the item or size
2. Delivery/billing address
3. Adding items to your order
4. Shipping method
There is a 15-minute window where you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button
After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you’ll need to follow our returns process. Check it out here.
If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you.
*If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.
In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:
1. Your order number
2. The name of the item you did not receive
3. The name of the item you received in it's place
4. A clear photograph of the item you have received, including logo
Once we've received the above info, our Customer Hapiness team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
You may be asked to return the incorrect item back to us through our returns process. Check out our Refund Policy.
*All claims for orders arriving without the correct/missing items must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
